Lead the Cold War-era armed forces of six nations, aligned with NATO or the Warsaw Pact, into a hyper-detailed World War III scenario. The U.S., West Germany, United Kingdom, and France face off against the Soviet Union and East Germany. From conscripts and main battle tanks to mobile SAM systems, self-propelled artillery, scout helicopters, strike aircraft, and fast interceptors, each nation boasts a unique arsenal.

With over 1000 different military units, including the formidable M1A1 Abrams, British MCV-80 Warrior, French Gazelle scout helicopters, German Leopard tanks, Spetsnaz special forces, SU-25 Frogfoot, East German KPz T-55AM2, and Mil Mi-24 Hind helicopter gunships, there’s a vast array of hardware to explore. The Army General campaigns let you command hundreds of units and formations down to the platoon level, including the U.S. 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Division, West German 5. Panzerdivision, Soviet 79th Guards Tank Division, 27th Guards Motor Rifle Division, and the East German 7. Panzerdivision.
